숙련된 전문가들이 처음부터 끝까지 함께하여 높은 완성도와 안전을 위해

2018년 6월 27일부터 건축법 개정안의 변경으로 건축주님께서

직접 공사할 수 있는 주택 규모가 축소되면서

종합건설면허 보유 여부가 중요해졌습니다.

건설산업기본법 제41조(건설공사 시공자의 제한)에 따르면 연면적 200㎡(60평) 초과하는 건축물과 다가구/다세대주택, 연립주택 등은 면적에 관계없이 종합건설면허를 보유한 전문건설회사만 시공할 수 있습니다.
